Tim Eastman earned his BS from Central Michigan University in physical education and history, MA from Western Michigan University in physical education pedagogy, and Ph.D. from Liberty University. Before teaching, Tim worked in professional baseball as a minor league umpire; however, he retired during the 2010 season in the Eastern League (AA) because he felt a more significant calling. He has taught for 14 years in places such as Detroit, Michigan, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, Jacksonville, Florida, and Dallas, Texas. Tim currently teaches elementary and middle school physical education in Dallas ISD.
