Valeri graduated from Glenville State College in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Education degree allowing her to be certified in Physical (pre-k-adult) and Health Education (5-adult). She is presently working towards her master’s degree in Educational Leadership. She will be graduating with her master’s in education in the winter of 2022. Throughout the last 7 years, she has collaborated with fellow educators in the building and community, taught PD’s, in-service meetings, attended the PE EdCamp in Baltimore, been a part of numerous mentoring programs, assisted and taught the adapted physical education program, advised the SADD club, currently advise the K-Kids club, is a member of the PTO, the facilitator for the school safety committee, and presently she is building the wellness champion team for her school. She is passionate about promoting health and wellness, promoting school-wide engagement, and encouraging the community to participate in school-wide events. In being proactive with her passions she hopes to inspire others to lead a healthy and physically active lifestyle.
