Hey everyone, today on the PE Express podcast, we’re going to explore the last of four different sessions related to the movement education model within elementary physical education. Let’s get to it.
Right now, I know many of us are having a really hard time trying to put our lessons and thoughts together when it comes to creating and implementing our virtual or hybrid PE lessons. There are so many different ways on how we can all be teaching our content right now. So today I have a few thoughts and reasons on why I designed my lessons the way that I do.
Hi Everyone. I’m calling this PE express podcast “The Art of the Cool Down”, and I want you to think about your classes for a moment. Do you incorporate a cool down in your lessons? Well a cool down really in essence is being able to calm the body or transition from an active state to a more passive one.
At the beginning of the pandemic, teachers around the world were scrambling to find lessons that could be taught online. Most of us had never experienced being on the teaching end of an online or virtual course. I still see this happening today and I’m not surprised.
